Follow designated care plan per patient's needs
Make home visits to clients in designated territories
Administer medications, wound care, treatments per plan
Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations for client care
Travel to cases as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Current VA RN license
At least 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma
Ability to work independently and manage time
Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred
Ability to travel to cases as assigned
