Lead, inspire, and support nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric home care
Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County
Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans
Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field
Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff
Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees

🎯 Requirements

Current Registered Nurse RN license
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Home care experience is a plus
Trach and vent experience is a plus
Passion for pediatric care and supporting clinical teams
