📋 Description

• Lead and mentor RNs, RN Designees, LPNs, and home health staff.
• Provide clinical leadership for complex cases and urgent situations.
• Complete initial patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, schools, and families.
• Ensure safe, family-centered care through supervisory visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Delaware RN license required.
• 2+ years RN experience; home care or pediatrics preferred.
• Trach and vent experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits; flexible for virtual visits.
