- Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff to deliver quality care
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, patient assignments, caseloads
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop care plans with physicians/families
- Perform supervisory home visits to ensure care plan adherence and standards
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance (CMS)
- Provide clinical guidance and support for complex cases
🎯 Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in state required
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- Prior supervision/management experience a plus but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
- Trach/vent experience or interest in learning
