- Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff delivering pediatric home care.
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations, patient assignments, and caseload oversight.
- Perform initial patient assessments and develop care plans with physicians and families.
- Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and standards.
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance (CMS).
- Facilitate interdisciplinary case conferences and coordinate with intake, scheduling, and administration.
🎯 Requirements
- Licensed RN in good standing (state license required).
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
- Prior supervisory or nurse management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties.
- Trach/vent experience or interest in learning.
