RN Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing

📋 Description

• Lead skilled adult and pediatric home care cases; census varies.
• Mentor RN/LPN field staff with coaching and supervision.
• In-home supervision, assessments, and care planning.
• Staff development, education, and clinical mentorship.
• Visit clients at home to supervise, assess, and support care.
• Partner with the office team on case management and quality oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• 3+ years of recent hands-on RN or LPN experience.
• Experience in home health, med-surg, ICU, pediatrics, or similar.
• At least 1 year mentoring or supervising nurses; or pediatric field nursing.
• Strong assessment, organization, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibility.
