Education of clinical staff, including nurse residency oversight.
Lead field staff in delivering client service and quality care following policies.
Visit clients at home and supervise field clinicians.
Internal case management and development of field staff.
Assist with in home assessments and care planning.
Work with both patients and office staff.

🎯 Requirements

Must be a licensed RN in MO in good standing.
3+ years hands on RN or LPN experience; home care preferred.
At least 1 year nursing management or pediatric nursing experience.
BSN/MSN preferred.
Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care preferred.
Strong assessment, organizational, supervisory, and QA skills.
