RN Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing

📋 Description

• Education of clinical staff, including nurse residency oversight.
• Lead field staff in delivering client service and quality care per policies.
• Visit clients at home and supervise field clinicians.
• Accountable for internal case management and field staff development.
• Assist with in-home assessments and care planning with clinical input.
• Balance duties with patient care and office team collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• RN licensed in MO in good standing.
• 3+ years RN or LPN experience, preferably in home care.
• 1+ year nursing management or pediatric nursing.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills; supervision/QA preferred.
