🎯 Requirements
- Registered Nurse with valid state license (required)
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- Supervisory/management experience a plus, not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervision
- Trach/vent experience or interest in learning
