RN Nurse Manager, Part-Time

📋 Description

• Lead and support HHAs, CHHAs, CNAs in NJ state programs.
\n
• Oversee admissions, care plans, and clinical reviews for ACSP clients.
\n
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and EVV.
\n
• Conduct supervisory visits, home assessments, and staff competencies.
\n
• Partner with families, case managers, and referrals for safe client-centered care.
\n
• Collaborate with leadership on QA and client experience improvements.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• RN license in New Jersey in good standing.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.
\n
• 2+ years RN experience in home care, community health, or similar setting.
\n
• Experience with supervision, mentoring, or leading clinical/caregiver teams.
\n
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with regulatory documentation.
\n
• Preferred: experience in assistive/personal/home care; NJ waiver knowledge; bilingual a plus.
\n
