Conduct new client admissions and open new cases
Provide skills training for new hires and annual competencies for home health aides
Support field staff with clinical oversight and development
Help ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care
Collaborate with clinical and office teams on scheduling and client needs

🎯 Requirements

RN with at least 2 years of clinical experience
Strong clinical skills; home care exp a plus
Mentoring and staff development passion
Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule
Supervisory experience preferred
Ability to travel throughout Warren County
