Supervise a team of field nurses.
Conduct supervisory visits as needed within homes.
Lead, inspire and motivate care teams.
Visit adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

🎯 Requirements

RN with 2+ years RN experience required.
1+ years Home Health experience required.
2 Years OASIS experience preferred.
Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
