📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct staff competencies.
• Collaborate with client, family, Case Managers to meet goals.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with 2+ years experience.
• 2+ years with IDD population.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Person Centered/Individual Support Plan.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and conduct orientations.
