Supervise a team of field nurses.
Conduct supervisory visits in the homes as needed.
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in the Erie, PA area.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience is required.
1+ years of Home Health experience required.
2 Years of Oasis experience preferred.
Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience.
Supervisory experience a plus.
