Supervise a team of field nurses.
Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
Visit adult/geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Cleveland/Independence, OH.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

🎯 Requirements

RN with 2+ years of nursing experience.
1+ years of Home Health experience.
2 Years of Oasis experience preferred.
Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience.
Supervisory experience a plus.
