RN Nurse Manager, Clinical, Home Health

📋 Description

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of clinicians delivering high-quality home health care
• Review OASIS docs, clinical notes, and care plans for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and BAYADA policies and standards
• Conduct client assessments, supervisory visits, and field support visits
• Provide real-time clinical guidance to nurses in the field
• Lead or participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• OASIS and Medicare documentation knowledge preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Passion for supporting clients and developing teams at home
