📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
• Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments.

• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team for safe, personalized care.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license (multi-state/compact preferred).
• Experience with adult or pediatric populations; willingness to cross-train.
• Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
• Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
• Full-time, exempt role.
