Supervise field nurses in home visits in Indianapolis area.
Conduct supervisory visits in homes.
Lead, inspire, and motivate others to provide care.
Visit adult/geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Indianapolis.
Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new nurses.
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

🎯 Requirements

RN with 2+ years of RN experience required.
1+ years of Home Health experience required.
2 years Oasis experience preferred.
Acute, med/surg, or sub-acute experience.
Supervisory experience a plus.
