Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
Supervise RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation for RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.
Participate in training of RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
Trach/vent experience is a plus; training provided after hire.
Supervisory experience.
