- On-call RN visits after hours and weekends in designated counties.
- Administer meds, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
- Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
- Follow doctors' orders; document care updates.
- Perform client assessments as needed.
- Rotating schedule: 5pm–8:30am; 7 days on/off.
🎯 Requirements
- Current NJ RN license.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience.
- Prior home health or hospice experience preferred.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Willingness to work after-hours, nights, and weekends.
