📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 patient care in clients' homes
• Travel to each client’s home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders
• Assess and monitor patients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Work with autonomy in the home care setting

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in good standing
• One year of RN experience
• Trach care experience preferred, but not required
