📋 Description

• Complete in-home assessments focused on safety and care readiness
• Evaluate the home environment for care standards compliance
• Accurately document findings in a timely manner
• Communicate assessment outcomes to the clinical team as needed
• Work independently while following BAYADA policies and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license (state-specific)
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Home care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation for local home visits
