📋 Description

• Travel to one client near you for in-home care.
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide one-to-one client care with autonomy in home and school settings.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: One year of experience as a nurse (LPN or RN).
