Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff to deliver high-quality care
Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, patient assignments, and caseload
Perform initial patient assessments and develop care plans with physicians and families
Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure smooth patient transitions

🎯 Requirements

RN license in valid state
2+ years nursing experience
Supervisory or nurse management experience a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organization
Travel locally for home visits and supervision
Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn
