RN Field Supervisor- Pediatric Home Care

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff delivering high-quality care.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, patient assignments, and caseload.
• Perform initial assessments and home safety evaluations with care plans.
• Conduct supervisory home visits for care plan adherence and standards.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and CMS compliance.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and emergencies; collaborate with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license (required).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Prior experience in clinical supervision or nurse management a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties.
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning.
