- Support complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation through coaching
- Provide documentation support, guidance, and education to clinical staff
- Assist with annual competencies, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Participate in quality improvement; prepare teams for audits and surveys
🎯 Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing in New Jersey, or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred where required
- Clinical Manager experience in hospice or related clinical leadership
- Hospice background with knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory expectations
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or education experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
