📋 Description

• Deliver skilled nursing to clients transitioning from hospital to home.
• Work as part of a hospital care team in a home setting.
• Provide extensive family training and ongoing care support.
• Travel within the Lancaster, PA area as needed.
• Support a patient- and family-centered care approach.
• Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time; day or overnight.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required.
• Ability to travel within the Lancaster, PA area.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to provide hospital-at home care under HICU program.
