Lead and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional care.
Develop and oversee care plans and oversee execution.
Supervise habilitation tech staff in the field.
Facilitate new hire orientation and staff competencies.
Collaborate with client, family, Case Managers and Hab Techs to implement goals.
Visit clients regularly to monitor progress per the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan.

🎯 Requirements

RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
2+ years’ experience with IDD Population (Qualified Professional).
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
