Collaborate with client, family, Case Managers and Hab Techs to implement goals.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of RN experience.
2+ years of experience with the IDD population.
Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Ability to coordinate care with Case Managers and families.
