🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years RN home health experience.
- OASIS experience required.
- 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Desire to lead, inspire and motivate others.
- Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
