📋 Description

• Educate clinical staff, including nurse residency oversight.
• Lead field staff to deliver quality care per policies.
• Visit clients at home and supervise field clinicians.
• Manage internal case management and staff development.
• Assist in-home assessments and care planning with team support.
• Balance work with patients and office staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently licensed RN in MN
• 3+ years hands-on RN/LPN (home care preferred)
• 1+ year in nursing management or pediatric nursing
• BSN/MSN preferred
• Child Abuse Clearance where applicable
• Trach/vent/tube experience preferred
