🎯 Requirements
- Must be licensed RN in MN in good standing.
- Min 3 years RN or LPN hands-on experience; home care preferred.
- At least 1 year management or pediatric nursing experience.
- BSN/MSN preferred.
- Trach/vent/tube experience in home health care preferred.
- Child Abuse Clearance where applicable.
- Prior supervisory experience with field staff and clinical oversight.
