RN Clinical Manager, Pediatrics

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor RNs, RN Designees, LPNs, and home health staff
• Provide clinical leadership for complex cases and urgent situations
• Complete initial patient assessments and develop care plans
• Use RN Designee visit team to conduct supervisory visits
• Partner with physicians, therapists, schools, and families to coordinate care
• Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to ensure smooth transitions of care

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN license in Delaware (required)
• 2+ years RN experience; home care or pediatrics preferred
• Trach and vent experience or willingness to learn
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
• Willingness to travel locally for supervisory visits; virtual visits as needed
