RN Clinical Manager, Pediatric

📋 Description

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff to deliver high-quality pediatric home care.
• Manage day-to-day operations: patient assignments, caseload, and transitions.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans with physicians/families.
• Oversee supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and standards.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS, state/federal).
• Support staff development and interdisciplinary collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with valid state license (required).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Prior supervision or nurse management experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervision.
• Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
