- Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff to deliver high-quality pediatric home care.
- Manage day-to-day operations: patient assignments, caseload, and transitions.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans with physicians/families.
- Oversee supervisory home visits to ensure adherence to care plans and standards.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance (CMS, state/federal).
- Support staff development and interdisciplinary collaboration.

- RN with valid state license (required).
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
- Prior supervision or nurse management experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervision.
- Trach/vent experience or willingness to learn.
