- Current MO RN license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum two years of related clinical experience; home care or case management.
- Prior supervisory experience with staff development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- English: read, write, and communicate effectively; basic PC skills.
