📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
• Make regular client visits to evaluate progress and ensure plan adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• RN with 2+ years of RN experience.
• 2+ years experience with IDD population (Qualified Professional).
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
