- Provide clinical leadership and decision-making for complex cases

- Partner with physicians, therapists, schools, and families to coordinate care
- Travel for supervisory visits (virtual visits after 6 months)
🎯 Requirements
- Active RN license in New York State (required)
- 2+ years of RN experience; home care or pediatrics preferred
- Trach and vent experience, or willingness to learn
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring abilities
- Willingness to travel for supervisory visits
- Travel within Westchester, Orange, and Rockland Counties
