RN Clinical Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Coordinate with Rehab Manager, Director, and DCO to manage field staff.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure high-quality services.
• Assign clinicians to clients and coordinate care plans.
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Coordinate client care, referrals, and act as internal case manager.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing field staff.

🎯 Requirements

• RN license required.
• 2+ years RN home health experience.
• 2+ years in leadership/supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
• Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
