Conduct clinical chart reviews and utilization review reporting
Mentor staff to ensure high-quality, safe patient care

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in New Jersey; multi-state license preferred
2+ years staff development or nursing education experience
Experience with orientation, chart review, and performance improvement
Strong assessment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
