📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate clinical simulation scenarios in skills labs.
• Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulations to boost caregiver readiness.
• Support and develop BAYADA field staff through education and mentoring.
• Promote clinical excellence, ethics, and safety in home care.
• Enhance caregiver readiness, clinical judgment, and patient safety in practice.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality home health care delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education.
• Experience with improvement plans, staff orientation, chart review, utilization reporting.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with diverse responsibilities.
