🎯 Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- BSN/MSN preferred
- Minimum two years of staff development or nursing education experience
- Experience with performance improvement, staff orientation, chart review, and utilization review
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with increasing responsibilities
- Aspiration to grow and advance beyond current position

- Base Salary: $95,000 - $115,000/year
