📋 Description

• Lead, inspire and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
• Oversee operations of the Columbus, OH home health office.
• Build relationships with staff, referral sources, and community resources.
• Manage business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
• Monitor service quality and client satisfaction; ensure staff training.
• Supervise field nurses and therapists; conduct supervisory visits in homes.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with active state license.
• 2+ years progressive healthcare management experience.
• Oasis experience preferred (2+ years).
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (COP).
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and conduct supervisory visits in homes.
