RN- Cardiopulmonary Monitoring

📋 Description

• Monitor patient data from Sensinel devices via cloud and follow protocols.
• Assess trends in cardiopulmonary parameters; escalate promptly.
• Educate patients on device usage and monitoring schedules.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to optimize care plans.
• Document interventions in the EHR with accurate records.
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure program standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Current multi-state RN license in good standing (compact license).
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; cardiac/telemetry preferred.
• Experience with remote patient monitoring or telehealth (preferred).
• Knowledge of CHF management protocols (preferred).
• Proficient in interpreting cardiac data and decompensation signs.
• Familiar with EMRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech); basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement; able to work remotely.
• Must have reliable broadband internet.
