Own Stripe's global sanctions, PEP, and negative-news screening programs.
Design and drive controls to operationalize screening standards.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance to embed screening across products.
Drive innovative, scalable financial crime risk management.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in financial services, payments, or fintech; 5+ yrs in risk/compliance.
Deep sanctions compliance expertise with OFAC, EU, UN, OFSI, and major frameworks.
Strong AML screening expertise: PEP and negative news across multi-jurisdiction environments.
Design and operate financial crime standards and controls across global orgs.
Familiarity with model governance: documentation, monitoring, validation.
Technology-forward mindset: AI, automation, and analytics in risk/compliance.
