🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in financial services/payments or fintech industries
- Experience in risk, compliance and/or product enablement
- Experience developing risk strategies with product/engineering and operations
- Distill complex risk and policy problems into clear guidance for stakeholders and users
- Strong stakeholder management; influence product/engineering, sales, data science, and ops
- Proven track record deriving insights from complex problems and evangelizing recommendations
- Familiarity with legal, credit, and fraud risk
- Strong executive presence, including experience engaging with leadership
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and quantitative analysis for insights
- Advanced degree in law, business, policy or related field
- Experience translating business requirements to technical configurations
- Experience in client-facing roles managing relationships with large, global organizations
