10+ years risk-related experience at a bank or merchant acquirer
5+ years risk management experience at a bank or merchant acquirer
2+ years optimizing processes and scaling solutions
Ability to represent Stripe on risk, compliance, and product issues with banking partners
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Proven stakeholder management across organizations and borders
