📋 Description

• Review ROCA-escalated cases and decide pass/block/escalate using AI signals.
• Maintain SLA (<4h) with accuracy ≥ 98%.
• Label reviewed cases as TP/TN/FP/FN with root-cause notes for ML.
• Identify recurring FP/FN patterns and route to feedback paths A/B/C.
• Support AI model calibration: review misclassifications and ground truth.
• Update Confluence SOP pages and onboard BPO agents to AI workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in fraud review, risk operations, or KYC/KYB case management.
• Hands-on experience with Account Takeover (ATO) detection and investigation.
• Comfort with AI-augmented workflows: read model outputs, interpret confidence scores.
• Structured, precise written communication: document root-cause in ≤3 sentences.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• An operator's mindset toward AI tools: leverage AI signals to make faster, better decisions.
