- Run CBPL's entity-level risk framework per policy, methodology and appetite.
- Lead and challenge RCSAs, incidents, KRIs/KCIs and risk-appetite monitoring for CBPL.
- Provide 2LoD risk challenge on products and governance; prepare risk MI for CBPL committees.
- Oversee CBPL's outsourcing and intra-group risk; support operational resilience of key services.
- Support CBPL's ICARA, prudential planning and regulatory engagement with country-level risk input and remediation tracking.
- Help design and embed Coinbase's global ORM framework (RCSA, incidents, losses, KRIs).
🎯 Requirements
- 7-10+ years of UK-regulated risk-management experience.
- Deep understanding of risk governance, 3 lines of defence, RCSA, KRIs/KCIs, risk appetite.
- Practical experience with SYSC, MiFIDPRU/IFPR, resilience, outsourcing and Consumer Duty.
- Experience working with 2LoD, boards, regulators and internal audit.
- Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Nice to have: GRC tooling experience and crypto exposure.
