📋 Description

• Support RCSAs and enterprise risk management initiatives.
• Evaluate risks for new products, features, and growth.
• Establish and monitor risk appetite, tolerance, and KRIs.
• Design and improve ERM frameworks within GRC systems.
• Advise teams on risk trends, controls, and mitigations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise risk management in regulated finance.
• Strong knowledge of ERM principles, governance, and frameworks.
• Experience communicating risk to risk teams, stakeholders, leadership.
• Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented risk assessor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives.
