📋 Description

• Support the Director of Risk to implement and manage BFS risk programs.
• Collaborate with process owners to manage risks for BFS entity.
• Manage monitoring activities to minimize financial and operational risk exposure.
• Analyze risk models to measure and monitor exposure across derivatives and strategies.
• Oversee margin and collateral management, including margin requirements and calls.
• Assess counterparty risk with exchanges, clearinghouses, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in risk management, audit, or related control function.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• MiFID regulatory framework (derivatives).
• Good knowledge of balance sheet components and income drivers.
• Ability to operate independently and tolerate ambiguity.
• Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
